Choose: VM > Settings > Hardware

The topics in this section describe how to configure specific hardware and devices in a virtual machine.

Use the Hardware panel to view, reconfigure, add, and remove virtual hardware and devices. Before you add or remove hardware, power off the virtual machine.

•	To add virtual hardware or a virtual device, click the Add button on the Hardware panel. The Add Virtual Hardware wizard appears, guiding you through the process of adding the desired hardware or device.

•	To remove virtual hardware or a virtual device, highlight its entry in the hardware list (for example, Sound Adapter) and click Remove.
