New Subtask... (
)
creates a new subtask of the selected task and opens a dialog to edit
the task.
New Task List...
creates a new task list in the file system.
Start (
)
starts the task. The small icon (
)
marks the
task that you are currently working on. Started task will remain
started after a NetBeans restart. The owner of a started task will be
set to the name of the current user if it was empty.
Pause (
)
stops the task if it is currently running.
Show Task
shows a dialog where the task's properties could be edited.
Go To Source (
)
shows the file assciated with this task in the editor.
Cut, Copy, Paste, Delete
These work just the way you would expect it. Select a tasks. Then use
the toolbar - or context
menu or keyboard shortcut - actions to invoke cut,
copy, paste or delete.
Move Up (
)/Move
Down (
)
move the selected task up or down.
Import
You can import certain types
of data
into the tasklist
as well. Currently only iCalendar and xCalendar files
are supported, but we hope to support at least ASCII
todo files soon.
Export
You can create an HTML or XML
version
of your task list.
Search/Filter... (
)
shows a dialog where
filters could be
defined.
Remove Filter (
)
removes the currently active filter.
Purge Completed
when you've marked tasks complete (by either selecting "True" for
the "Done" property, or "100%" for the "Percent Complete" property)
you can get rid of the tasks by using the "Purge Completed"
action.
Clear Percent Complete
clears the completion status by all subtasks of the currently selected
task. This action is very useful for working with checklists.
Copy Todays Hours to the Clipboard
copies information about tasks you have worked on today into the clipboard.
Expand All/Collapse All
You can quickly expand/collapse all the tasks shown in a tasklist
by selecting the "Expand/Collapse All" context menu item.
Properties
shows a property with task's properties.
