This event is generated when an attempt is made to exploit a format
string vulnerability associated with IBM DB2.

Detailed Information:
IBM DB2 is vulnerable to a DoS when processing DTS data. The error
occurs when DTS data is converted to a string. A blank format string as
a second argument in data causes the DoS condition.
