Finely chop:  
  * shallots
  * mushroom
  * tomato
500G turkey mince - cooked in lemon olive oil\\
bush bbq spice\\
tobasco sause\\
Red wine - 'chevalier de bayard'\\
Cream\\
olives (spanish)\\
berrol( beriroth/ benroll/ berrolh/ sp?) sundried t. + sweet basil sause (1/2)  (squiggle ???)

=== Good Pizza Dough ===
 - From Jan Garner
  * 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
  * pinch sugar
  * 2 thirds cup warm water
  * 2 cups plain flour
  * 1 teaspoon sea salt
  * 1 table spoon olive oil

Place the yeast sugar and water in abowl. Set aside until bubles form. Add flour salt and oil. Mix to form a smooth dough
and knead for 10 minutes or until smooth and elastic. Place in a clean, oiled bowl, cover and allow to stand in a warm place for 20 minutes or until doubled in size.
